Julie Hartley
A CIMA qualified accountant with a wide range of commercial business experience gained through senior management roles in finance, personnel, supply chain, facilities management, and payroll. In the first part of my career I spent 18 years in industry, including 12 years in FMCG at Kraft and Unilever and 3 years in travel at AIRMILES, part of the British Airways Group. In my last role there, I led the build, set up and staffing of a new AIRMILES call centre based in the North West. In 2001 I joined PWC as a Financial Management Consultant, moving with them into IBM Global Business Services. I have enjoyed programme leadership roles in finance transformation, change management, and process reengineering. My experience included IT led change spanning Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Cognos implementations as well as strategy development with clients in both the public and private sectors. Most recently I have focused on resource management solutions leading on recruitment both internally and externally for clients.
Outside work I enjoy an active family life with three beautiful golden cocker spaniels and, when they
permit, love to improve my golf and plan my next overseas adventure whilst enjoying the fruits
of Neil’s dream to be a chef.

Neil Lazenbury
An experienced business transformation and change management professional who creates a quality team outcome through helping clients deliver business solutions and develop their people and capabilities. I have over 24 years of consulting experience with the Big 4, delivering business services and change solutions in both the private and public sectors. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and learnt my trade whilst working in a variety of finance positions at Fujitsu. Since then I have delivered solutions and developed and led consulting and client teams at Coopers & Lybrand, PWC, EY and IBM as well as building consulting capability within my client teams to address their own change challenges. I set up Ayudame to address a personal desire to go back to my consulting roots and bring a more personal service to clients. Qualified as a Leadership Coach and Executive Mentor and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
Outside work I enjoy sailing, travelling and playing golf to a frustratingly indifferent standard,
love live theatre, making music and convincing Julie that one day I might just be a chef.

Public Sector Bodies and Education: We supported clients through the facilitation of workshops and by leading working groups aimed at
improving personal performance and outcomes of the team. We set up professional development frameworks and trained managers, teachers and lecturers in mentoring techniques, enabling them to participate more effectively in the programme and sustain it going forward. We mentored individual senior leaders in public sector bodies and education.

We designed, delivered and operated a personal development framework and process across the operational management peer group of the business. This included the delivery of a training and awareness programme for 100+ managers. It resulted in enhanced loyalty to the corporation, a greater feeling of support for personal development and a sense of teaming and collaboration across the management teams.
